- 1.00 cup Black gram
- 1.00 cup Rice
- 2.00 tbsp Salt
- 0.25 cup Water
Instructions

- First of all take the bowl and then add the one cup of the beaten rice and the water in them and soak them well.
- Now take the rice and soak the rice in the water well and then wash well with the water and then keep them aside.
- Now take the black gram and the water and soak them well for the 2 to 3 hours and then wash well.
- Now take the mix jar and grind them all the three ingredients in the mix jar and grind well like a fine paste.
- Now take the idly trays and apply the oil to the tray and add the batter in the tray as idles.
- Now take the idly steamer and switch on the stove and cook that in the very slow flame until they cook well.
- Now take the boiled idles from the idly steamer and then take the idles from the tray and then keep aside.
