Idli batter bonda is very tasty and crispy. This is a very good snack item which uses less oil and tastes very good. It is very easy to make at homemade. It is served with tea time.
Ingredients
Idli Batter Bonda
- 1.00 cup Idli batten
- 0.50 tbsp green chilies
- 0.50 tbsp ginger
- 0.50 tbsp salt
- 0.50 tbsp cumin
- 0.25 liter oil
- 0.50 tbsp chana powder
Instructions
Idli Batter Bonda
- Take the jar add the black gram and some rice to it grind well to make a fine paste in order to prepare the idli batten.
- Collect this grinded mixture in to one bowl and take 1 cup of that mixture and keep aside for the preparation process.
- Add chana powder of 1/2 table spoon to the batten and mix well until all will mix with this batten perfectly.
- Add salt of 1/2 table spoon to the bowl and mix well until the salt dissolves in it for some time.
- Add cumin of 1/2 table spoon to the bowl containing the batten and mix well all the mixture perfectly to form a thick paste.
- Cut the ginger to small pieces and add those pieces to the bowl mix well do not pate the ginger directly we can add this.
- Now add green chili flakes of finely chopped to the bowl mix well until it mixes with all the ingredients in the bowl.
- Take a pan add oil of 1/4 liter to it and made the oil to heat for some time in a medium flame.
- Add those paste in a small balls once after the oil is heated in a pan and put the stove in a high flame.
- Once the color is changed put off the stove and take in to the serving bowl to serve when they are hot only.
