Here we are using the idli batten for doing this snack item and generally this will be done during evening time ,this is a very good snack item which uses less oil and tastes very good when they are hot only .

0.50 tbsp green chilies
0.50 tbsp ginger
0.50 tbsp salt
0.50 tbsp cumin
0.25 liter oil
0.50 tbsp chana powder
