STEP : 1
take some potato , onion, ginger, garlic, dried red chilli and the main things hing and keep aside for cooking the hidrabadi hing aloo.

Then take a pan adn add some water in it and wash the potato properly and add the potato into the boiled water and boil the potato.

Take the onion and cut and pill it and paste in a grinder smoothly properly for cook the hidrabadi hing all.

Then make a smooth paste the ginger, garlic and dried red chilli for made the main masala of hidrabadi hing all.

Then hot a pan and add some oil in it and add the hing in to the oil then add the boiled potato,salt and turmeric powder in it and fry them properly and keep aside.

Then hot a pan and add some oil in it then add the onion paste turmeric powder salt and sugar in it and cook for two minutes in high flame.

Then add the ginger garlic and dried red chilli paste in to the fried onion paste and fry for another three minutes in high flame.

Then add the fried potato in to the masala and add the tomatoes in it and cook for five minutes in low flame.

Then serve hot this recipe in a serving bowl for eating. Serve this recipe with hot roti or hot paratha or hot fried rice.
