- 1.00 cup Capsicum Strips
- 1.00 cup Carrot Strips
- 1.00 cup Mango Strips
- 1.00 cup French Beans
- 1.00 cup Potato Strips
- 0.50 nos Ginger
- 0.25 cup Garlic Cloves
- 1.00 cup Onion Strips
- 1.00 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1.00 tbsp Black Pepper Corns
- 0.50 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1.00 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1.00 tbsp Chili Sauce
- 0.50 nos Lemon
- 0.25 cup Mint Leaves
- 0.25 cup Coriander Leaves
- 3.00 tbsp Oil
- 0.50 tbsp Salt
Instructions
Hot And Sour Soup Recipe
- Initially rinse all the vegetables then cut into lengthy strips i taken carrot,capsicum,potato,mango and french beans.
- For making blended and smooth paste ,add a cup of garlic cloves and ginger in a jar.
- After blending it into a semi coarse paste ,transfer the ginger garlic paste in a bowl.
- For soup ,turn on the flame,add two tablespoon of oil and let it heat completely.
- Add a cup of chopped onions then mix all the ingredients let it turns light color.
- Add the ginger and garlic paste in hot oil and mix it for few seconds.
- Add a cup of green capsicum strips or bell pepper and mix along with the ingredients.
- Add a cup of carrot strips or grated carrot and mix along with the ingredients.
- Add a cup of potato pieces along with the mixture and mix it ,let it blend.
- Add a cup of french beans pieces along with the mixture and mix it ,let it blend.
- Add a cup of mango pieces along with the mixture and mix it ,let it blend.
- Add salt for taste along all the ingredients and mix it and leave it to cook.
- Add a cup of water and allow to boil the mixed vegetables for about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Take a tablespoon of corn starch add a little bit of water then mix it completely.
- After 5 to 10 minutes add a finely crunched black pepper and cumin seeds powder.
- Add a tablespoon of soya sauce along with the boiling soup and mix it completely.
- Add a tablespoon of red chilli sauce along with the boiling soup and mix it completely.
- Squeeze a half portion of lemon for better sour then mix it, you can also add vinegar
- Sprinkle some mint leaves and coriander leaves for better smell and taste and mix it.
- When it turns a little thick consistency or soup consistency turn off the flame and serve with hot.
