STEP : 1
Take one cup of dried horse gram and remove the impurities where it should have some impurities in it,

Add two cups of clean water in it and brings it to soak for four to five hours,you can also soak them for overnight.,

After four hours that soaked horse gram cones to soft and raised from its level,

STEP : 4
Rinse well those raised horse gram and add it to mixer jar by drained out the water in it,

STEP : 5
Blend them well as coarsely texture,you can also add some bengalbgram which acts as a binding agent for this recipe,k keep aside,

Ten now take one medium sized onion and fine chop then and also fine chop some green chilies and coriander leaves too,

Take a wide mixing bowl add those well soaked drained and grounded horse gram into them,

STEP : 8
Then add those well sliced onion slices into them,tgen add fine chopped green chilies and coriander leaves too,

Mix well till all the onions are well mixed to that horse gram batter the add enough salt for them and mix well again,

Mix well all the ingredients together,sprinkle some water if needed while mixing the batter itself,

Take a small ball sized portion from that prepared batter and flatten them as desired shape,

Heat a wide thick bottomed pan add one cup of oil and brings it to hot fir few minutes,

Then place those well prepared horse gram masala vadai batter,brings the flame in medium and cook them for few minutes,

When the horse gram masala vadai gets boiled bin one side and flip them to boil another side till the golden brown color appears,

When the added masala vadai cones to cook well with amazing golden brown color and then remove from the oil,

Transfer the prepared horse gram masala vadai to a tissue paper for filtering excess oil,and repeat the same for all those vadai making,serve hot with spicy chutney.
