Kollu masala vadai is a traditional and healthy Indian snack recipe. Kollu is nothing but a horse gram which is fat burning ingredient. Here I have submitted a easy traditional evening time snack recipes. This crispy vadai is good to serve with coconut or mint chutney.

Ingredients of Horse gram vada

1.00 cup Horse gram
0.50 cup Bengal gram
1.00 no Onion
2.00 no Green chilly
0.75 tbsp Coriander leaves
0.75 tbsp Salt
1.00 cup Oil

Take one cup of dried horse gram and remove the impurities where it should have some impurities in it,

Add two cups of clean water in it and brings it to soak for four to five hours,you can also soak them for overnight.,
