This is a very unique side dish served either with herbed rice or noodles and is extremely hot, sweet and tangy. It is very easy to make and is cooked best with small prawns so that the masala and the aroma penetrates well into it.

Ingredients of Honey lemon shrimp

0.25 kg Small Prawn
0.50 no Bell Pepper
10.00 no Garlic Cloves
2.00 no Lemon
2.00 tbsp Honey
8.00 no Chili
0.25 tbsp Salt
0.25 tbsp Black Pepper
2.00 tbsp Oil
2.00 tbsp Spring Onion

Honey lemon shrimp

Take the small prawn or the shrimps and wash and clean it very well to remove the tail and the black veins.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the garlic cloves. Fry them well till they turn golden brown in color.

Now add the baby shrimps and fry them well till all the water is drained out. Add the salt and pepper and mix it well.

Very good recipe.. Last day my neighbour gave me some shrimp and I kept in the freezer because I don't know the cooking process of shrimp.. from afternoon I was trying to find a good recipe for making shrimp finally I hooked up here...I tried this recipe today for dinner and it came out really well..the meat was soo tender , fluffy as well as well cooked.. every one in my family liked it very much because it was quite different from usual recipe because the sweet and sour flavour get them in to another heaven .thank you for sharing this recipe.
