Ingredients of Homemade sauerkraut
STEP : 1
Firstly take a one cabbage and chopped this as in the below image for sauerkraut. Then wash this fully in a water.

Now take a one big bowel in third add chopped cabbage, and mix fully as I shown in the below image.
STEP : 3
Now add 1/2 Cup of Sea salt and 1 spun of lemon salt. To the bowl and then mix fully for 15 minutes.

Now add the 1 glass of water and mix fully in a hand for 10 minutes for perfect sauerkraut.

Now take a one bowl and smash the cabbage, from that as I shown in the below image.

Now take a one big glass bottle as in the below image, And add the smash sauerkraut in to that.

After adding the cabbage in to the bottle, Take a one Glass and push this tightly as in the image.
STEP : 8
After putting the glass in to the bottle now closed this tightly. And keep this like as a closed for 2 weeks, for perfect sauerkraut.
STEP : 9
After 2 Weeks the healthy cabbage sauerkraut is ready to serve now. Consume this at least once a day. For good result.
