White color chicken is also known as chicken Himachali because of the dominant fresh cream and flavor of paper. Serve this recipe with hot roti or hot paratha or any fried rice recipe. This chicken recipe is very tasty as well as looking beautiful.

Ingredients of Himachali chicken

0.25 kg chicken small pieces
1.00 cup milk
2.00 no onion
1.00 no ginger cube
0.50 no garlic
1.00 cup fresh cream
1.00 no capsicam
0.25 tbsp black papper powder
0.25 tbsp garam masala
1.00 no egg
0.25 tbsp salt
0.50 cup oil

Take some chicken, onion, ginger, garlic, capsicum, garam masala. black pappeer powder, milk, corn flour, fresh cream all those things bring together and keep aside.
