STEP : 1
Take a brinjal, fore peices of hilsha fish, some green chillies, some kalonji , all those things bring together and keep aside.

cut the brinjal then wash this properly with water and keep aside , take some green chilli and some kalonji and keep aside .

Take the hilsha fish peices and wash with water properly, Then add some salt and some turmeric powder then mix them well and marinate for five minutes .

Hot a pan then add some oil in it , when oil become hot add the marinated fish and fry them properly in high flame .

Then hot the pan and add some oil in it, when oil become hot add the kalonji and leave it for one minutes in high flame .

then add the green chilli in to the hot oil and kalonji and leave it fore thirty seconds fore cook the next step.

Then add the brinjal pieces in to the hot oil then add some salt and fry the brinjal in high flame .

Then add some water in to the fried brinjal and add some turmeric powder and cook it for two minutes in high flame . Then add the fried fish peices in to the cooked gravy and cook them for five minutes in high flame .

Serve this recipe hot in a serving bowl with hot steamed rice for a satisfying meal . This hilsha recipe is very healthy as well as testy .
