An Luscious And Fluffy Wheat Paratha For Different Breakfast
Wheat paratha is very tasty and delicious breakfast item can be prepared very easily in our home with out any stress and difficulty. It’s popular and all-time favorite for everyone.
Ingredients
Wheat Paratha
- 1.00 cup wheat flour
- 1.00 cup maida
- 1.00 cup onions
- 1.00 tbsp red chilly powder
- 1.00 tbsp salt for taste
- 1.00 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2.00 tbsp ghee
Instructions
Wheat Paratha
- first of all take the wide plate and add the one cup of wheat flour and then one cup of maida and mix well
- now take the one tbsp of red chilly powder and add that in the flours and then add the salt for taste and then mix well
- now add the ginger garlic paste and mix well all the ingrediants and then add ghee and again mix thoroughly
- now add the required water in that flours and mix roughly and then add the oil in the middle for soft ness
- now mix all those well and prepare like a tight dough and then keep that aside for 10 to 15 minutes
- now take the onions and cut them in to very small pieces and keep them aside then add salt on the onions
- now take the dough and prepare like a small balls and then dip that in the onions and press tightly once
- now take the roti maker and prepare like a round chapthi and keep them all once aside for 5 minutes
- now take a pan and preheat the pan and fry them in the pan on two sides untill they fry well
- now take the serving bowl and serve the tasty and deilicious onion porati in the plate thats it tasty onion porata is ready
