STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare oats sprouts toast ; we need bread slices; oats; bengal gram; green gram ; cumin seeds powder; red chilly powder;coriander powder; garam masala powder; green chillies;garlic;chickpea flour and oil.

STEP : 2
Soak a cup of green gram for 5 to 6 hours or over night for making sprouts;you can even buy quick or readymade sprouts.

Soak half cup of bengal gram for 5 to 6 hours or overnight; you can include bean sprouts if you wish.

After 5 to 6 hours ; bengal gram and green gram is well soaked then spread it in a cotton or white cloth and let the water will drain completely.

Then close the cloth for a day or 24 hours and the sprouts get started ;bengal gram sprouts is ready.

Now open the green gram sprouts leaving the grams in a whole day tends nice and healthy sprouts.

Now take a blender ; add few amount of 1: 2 ratio of bengal gram and green gram for making nice coarse paste.

Blend it for few seconds till the sprouts turns semi coarse paste and keep aside.

Now take a white or brown bread ; make it normal pieces ; you can even add sandwich bread slices

Add two cup of healthy oats in a blender jar to make semi powder manner.

Blend it for few seconds till it turns to semi powder manner and seperate it.

For preparing batter; take a mixing bowl add blended oats ; you can even roast lightly before blending.

Add half cup of chickpea flour or besan flour along with two cup of oats flour.

Add sprouts paste into the flour; make sure the sprouts should be a thick paste.

Add a tablespoon of red chilly powder for more spicy into the ingredients according to your taste.

Add half tablespoon of cumin seeds powder; you can add crunched black pepper if you like .

Add tablespoon of garam masala or dhania powder into the mixture ; you can sprinkle some coriander leaves on it.

Add a tablespoon of coriander powder along with the ingredients but it is optional .

Add 2 to 3 small green chilli pieces ; you can also add green chilli paste instead of green chillies.

Add 3 to 4 crunched garlic into the mixture; if you feel disturbing of biting you can add garlic paste or very fine pieces.

Add a tablespoon of salt or for a taste then mix all the ingredients by using spoon .

Now the oats sprouts batter is prepared and let it leave under 5 to 10 minutes.

Now take a bread pieces; dip it one by one by using spoon ; the batter should not be thin consistency.

Take a seperate plate; place the dipped bread in a plate carefully and let it cool under few seconds.

Now it s time to ready to fry ; turn on the flame apply little oil on all sides of the pan.

Place a dipped bread one by one and let it fry under 2 to 3 seconds till it color changes.
