We are using so many branded companies Malt powder , but they are using some chemicals for preservatives , so hier we are preparing healthy and tasty Malt powder for kids without any chemical preservatives . And it is full of rich of nutrition .

Ingredients of Health mix powder

1.00 cup Cashew
1.25 cup Badam
1.00 cup Ground Nut
1.00 cup Sugar Candy
1.00 no Nut meg
1.00 cup Pista
6.00 no Cardamom

Health mix powder

Firstly take a one kada and fry the ground nut in a low medium flame , for 5 to 10 minutes .

After cool for some minute , now try to remove the ground nut outer layer by hand as i shown in the below image .

After adding every ingredients now blend this as a fully powder type , in last step add ground nut powder and blend that also for 1 minute .
