This is a noodle made out of egg, chicken cubes and prawn pieces. It also has vegetables like carrot, beans and cabbage. This is an oily dish where the noodles are pan fried and this is served with salad and sauce.

1.00 cup Noodles

Heat the oil in a kadai and add the chicken cubes which were marinated using salt and vinegar to fry them well.

Add the chopped vegetables to the kadai and add some salt and vinegar and soya sauce to the mixture and stir well so that the vegetable is fried.
