  • 1.00 cup gavar beans
  • 0.25 cup bengal gram
  • 0.50 tbsp turmeric
  • 6.00 tbsp oil
  • 0.75 tbsp salt
  • 0.50 tbsp cumin and mustard seeds
  • 2.00 cup water
  • 0.50 tbsp red chili powder

  • Take the gavar beans clean the and keep them aside and cut in to the small pieces of required size for the preparation.

  • Take bengal gram soak in water for about 1 hour before the preparation process so that the recipe is simple to do.

  • Take the soaked bengal gram of 1/4 cup and put this into the pressure cooker by pouring some water under it.

  • Put a lid on the pressure cooker with a vessel for 5 to 8 minutes in a medium flame for some time.

  • Now open the lid and pour this into the holed bowl in order to settles down all the water from the bengal gram.

  • Take those cuted gavar pieces in to the bowl and add some salt to it mix well until the salt dissolves in it.

  • Take a pressure cooker pour some water in to it and put this bowl of gavar pieces inside the pressure cooker.

  • Put the lid on the pressure cooker for 5 to 8 minutes with a vessel and keep the stove on a medium flame .

  • After they are boiled take those in to the holed bowl in order to settles down all the water from it.

  • Take a pan add oil of 4 to 6 table spoons and made the oil to heat in the pan for some time.

  • Add cumin of 1/2 table spoon and mustard seeds of 1/2 table spoon to it and made them fry in the oil.

  • Now add both the boiled ingredients in to the pan and add some pinch of turmeric powder to it and mix well.

  • Add some 1/2 table spoon of coconut powder to it and mix well in the pan with those pieces in the pan.
