STEP : 1
Take the gavar beans clean the and keep them aside and cut in to the small pieces of required size for the preparation.

Take bengal gram soak in water for about 1 hour before the preparation process so that the recipe is simple to do.

Take the soaked bengal gram of 1/4 cup and put this into the pressure cooker by pouring some water under it.

Put a lid on the pressure cooker with a vessel for 5 to 8 minutes in a medium flame for some time.

Now open the lid and pour this into the holed bowl in order to settles down all the water from the bengal gram.

Take those cuted gavar pieces in to the bowl and add some salt to it mix well until the salt dissolves in it.

Take a pressure cooker pour some water in to it and put this bowl of gavar pieces inside the pressure cooker.

Put the lid on the pressure cooker for 5 to 8 minutes with a vessel and keep the stove on a medium flame .

After they are boiled take those in to the holed bowl in order to settles down all the water from it.

Take a pan add oil of 4 to 6 table spoons and made the oil to heat in the pan for some time.

Add cumin of 1/2 table spoon and mustard seeds of 1/2 table spoon to it and made them fry in the oil.

Now add both the boiled ingredients in to the pan and add some pinch of turmeric powder to it and mix well.

After that add salt of 1/2 table spoon and mix well in the pan until the salt dissolves in it for some time in a low flame.

Add some 1/2 table spoon of coconut powder to it and mix well in the pan with those pieces in the pan.

Add red chili powder of 1/2 table spoon to the pan and mix well and take in to the serving bowl .
