An Easy Vegetarian Spicy Guar Beans Curry For Dinner
Guar beans curry is a traditional flavorful delicious vegetarian recipe for easy preparation. This recipe color will be attracted to eat all age pepole specialy for kids.
Ingredients
Guar Beans Curry
- 1.00 cup gavar beans
- 0.25 cup bengal gram
- 0.50 tbsp turmeric
- 6.00 tbsp oil
- 0.75 tbsp salt
- 0.50 tbsp cumin and mustard seeds
- 2.00 cup water
- 0.50 tbsp red chili powder
Instructions
Guar Beans Curry
- Take the gavar beans clean the and keep them aside and cut in to the small pieces of required size for the preparation.
- Take bengal gram soak in water for about 1 hour before the preparation process so that the recipe is simple to do.
- Take the soaked bengal gram of 1/4 cup and put this into the pressure cooker by pouring some water under it.
- Put a lid on the pressure cooker with a vessel for 5 to 8 minutes in a medium flame for some time.
- Now open the lid and pour this into the holed bowl in order to settles down all the water from the bengal gram.
- Take those cuted gavar pieces in to the bowl and add some salt to it mix well until the salt dissolves in it.
- Take a pressure cooker pour some water in to it and put this bowl of gavar pieces inside the pressure cooker.
- Put the lid on the pressure cooker for 5 to 8 minutes with a vessel and keep the stove on a medium flame .
- After they are boiled take those in to the holed bowl in order to settles down all the water from it.
- Take a pan add oil of 4 to 6 table spoons and made the oil to heat in the pan for some time.
- Add cumin of 1/2 table spoon and mustard seeds of 1/2 table spoon to it and made them fry in the oil.
- Now add both the boiled ingredients in to the pan and add some pinch of turmeric powder to it and mix well.
- After that add salt of 1/2 table spoon and mix well in the pan until the salt dissolves in it for some time in a low flame.
- Add some 1/2 table spoon of coconut powder to it and mix well in the pan with those pieces in the pan.
- Add red chili powder of 1/2 table spoon to the pan and mix well and take in to the serving bowl .
