Normally we prepare payasam using samiya and nuts but here we are going to prepare it using samiya along with groundnut which is very healthy In our coming generation we are forgetting about the nutritious value of groundnut so we can prepare this payasam using groundnut which is healthy and tasty and also like by kids

Ingredients of Groundnut kheer

1.00 cup Semiya
0.25 cup Oats
0.25 cup Groundnut
1.00 cup Jagry
2.00 cup Milk
4.00 tbsp Ghee
0.50 cup Javvarisi
4.00 tbsp Strawberry

Take all the ingredient and keep it ready take boiled milk and powder the jagry and also you can get readymade powdered jagry in the shop

Cook the payasam for about fifteen minutes then keep it in a low flame for five minutes and stir it nicely to avoid lumps in that

Now another side a keep pan and roast the groundnut without adding oil and remove the skins partially grinded in a mixer grinder roughly as shown in the picture

Keep the same pan over the stove and 4 teaspoons of ghee to it once it get heated add the grinded ground nut to the pan and fry it nicely till you get a nice Aroma

When the payadam starts boiling add the milk to it and let it boil for about 2 minutes and then and the grinded groundnut to the payasam and change it to a serving bowl garnish with the fruit as your wish and serve it
