Ingredients of Groundnut kheer
Groundnut kheer

STEP : 1
Take all the ingredient and keep it ready take boiled milk and powder the jagry and also you can get readymade powdered jagry in the shop

STEP : 2
Take a pan and add semiya oats javvarisi and jagry to it and add a cup of water and a pinch of salt to it and on the stove

STEP : 3
Cook the payasam for about fifteen minutes then keep it in a low flame for five minutes and stir it nicely to avoid lumps in that

STEP : 4
Now another side a keep pan and roast the groundnut without adding oil and remove the skins partially grinded in a mixer grinder roughly as shown in the picture

STEP : 5
Keep the same pan over the stove and 4 teaspoons of ghee to it once it get heated add the grinded ground nut to the pan and fry it nicely till you get a nice Aroma

STEP : 6
When the payadam starts boiling add the milk to it and let it boil for about 2 minutes and then and the grinded groundnut to the payasam and change it to a serving bowl garnish with the fruit as your wish and serve it
