Ingredients of Groundnut chikki
STEP : 1
Collect the one cup of raw peanuts and clean them if there are dirt particles are not in them for the preparation.

Also collect the 1 cup of the jaggery pieces and smash them to small pieces be ready with it for easy process.

Put on the stove and take a pan add those raw peanuts to it and roast them in a low flame.

After 2 to 3 minutes the peanuts will be roasted by changing its color then put off the stove and keep it cool.

After they are cooled down remove the skin from the peanuts easily with the hand only by pressing on them hardly.

After that separate the skin part from the seeds and take only the seeds for the preparation process with them only.

Take the same pan add the smashed jaggery to it and keep the stove on the low flame and mix well with the spoon.

Add water to it for fast dissolving of the jaggery in the water easily and stir well with a large spoon.

Take the cardamom of 2 no which gives flavour to the chikki by adding to it atleast of all the process.

Smash it with a smasher properly in the bowl only until the seeds gets smashed which are inside the skin of the cardamom.

Remove the smashed seeds part from the skin part of the cardamom and keep it in the bowl only for further process.

Take a plate apply ghee to it of 2 table spoons in order to avoid the stickiness of chikki to the plate.

Now we can see that the jaggery is dissolved and forms a form on the top up to that time we need to wait.

Now add the cardamom seeds smash of 1/2 table spoon to the jaggery and mix well until the flavour gets to it.

Add the prepared peanuts to the jaggery in small quantities to the jaggery in a step by step manner in a low flame.

Now add the remaining peanuts to the jaggery and mix well in the pan in a low flame for some time.

After that add this to the plate which we apply ghee to it and spread on it with a spoon slowly.

Add sugar from top of it for the taste purpose of 1/2 table spoon sugar and do not disturb it on the plate.

After it gets cooled cut them to pieces with the hand only and then now take it in to the serving bowl to serve.
