Ingredients of Grilled prawns
STEP : 1
At first clean the prawns by removing it's shell ,head and all dirt , then wash it well and keep aside .

Then take a blender or mixer abd put ginger garlic curry leaves and green chilly to it , then grind it well .
STEP : 3
Then to the grinded mixture add cornflour, salt ,chilly powder, turmeric powder , coriander powder ,one egg and lemon juice .

Then grind everything well and add little water to it if needed , make it a very fine smooth paste .

Then to the prawns pour this grinded mix and spread it well using hands or a spoon . Keep it for one hour .

Take an aluminum foil and keep the marinated prawns on it and then place this on a Baker , griller or steamer .
STEP : 7
Spread little oil on it using a brush and then keep it for ten to twenty minutes , check this in between .
STEP : 8
When it is done take it out from the griller and then transfer it to the serving plate , garnish with some curry leaves and enjoy the dish .
