This is a paneer recipe which can be served with roti or naan. It is a sweet semi gravy item which is made using grilled paneer and the gravy is prepared separately on a white creamy base with rich dry fruits. It is then mixed with the paneer and served with the toppings.

Ingredients of Grilled paneer

0.25 kg Paneer

0.25 cup Raisins
3.00 tbsp Full Cream
0.25 tbsp Red Chili Powder
0.25 tbsp Tandoori Masala
0.25 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
3.00 tbsp Curd
1.00 no Chili
0.25 tbsp Salt
0.25 tbsp Sugar
0.25 tbsp Butter
0.25 tbsp Nutmeg Powder
2.00 tbsp Ghee

Grilled paneer

Take the paneer slab which would be sliced and marinated , take the almond and the raisins, soak the raisins in water.
