Very Simple And Delicious Grilled Fish At Home For All Age People

This is a new dish of grill I tried with fish . I used two different flavours and both came out with super taste and I realised this can be taken as a snack with sauce also . Or you can take along with chappathi ,rotti , naan etc .

Ingredients of Grilled fish

0.25 kg fish
4.00 no green chillies
2.00 tbsp coriander seeds
2.00 tbsp olive oil
2.00 tbsp ginger
8.00 no garlic cloves
0.25 tbsp salt
2.00 tbsp curd

Grilled fish

At the first step clean the fish and cut it to small pieces and then keep it aside . Drain excess water .

Then take a blender or mixer and put skin peeled garlic and ginger to it and grind it well like a smooth paste .

Then take a dry mixer and put coriander seeds to it and grind it well until it becomes soft powder state .

Then take the curd mix and dip all fish pieces to it and keep it aside . Divide our fish pieces to two different plates .
