STEP : 1
At the first step clean the fish and cut it to small pieces and then keep it aside . Drain excess water .

STEP : 2
Then take a blender or mixer and put skin peeled garlic and ginger to it and grind it well like a smooth paste .

Then pour some curd also to it and grind it well . Then pour it to a bowl and keep it aside .

Then to the same mixer or another cleaned mixer pour the green chilly and grind it well to a smooth paste .

Then take a dry mixer and put coriander seeds to it and grind it well until it becomes soft powder state .

STEP : 6
Then take the curd mix and dip all fish pieces to it and keep it aside . Divide our fish pieces to two different plates .

STEP : 7
Then to one plate of fish spread the green chilly paste and spread it evenly on it . Then keep it aside .

STEP : 8
Then to the second plate of fish pieces pour coriander powder and mix it well spread evenly on fish pieces .

STEP : 9
Keep it for about thirty minutes or more and then keep it for grill , wait until it gets cooked well .

STEP : 10
When it is done transfer the grilled fish to the serving plate and enjoy the dish along with your loved ones .
