STEP : 1
Take some flour and keep aside, Then take some green peas and keep aside then take some hing and cumin seeds and red chili roasted powder and keep aside.

Then take a grinder and add some green peas in it and grind the green peas and keep aside for cooking.

Take a pan then hot this pan and add some oil in it when it becomes hot add some hing in it and cook it for one minute.
