It is a green cutlet like dish for evening snack. It is made up of green like palak and other greens veggies like patani beans etc. Potato is used for binding. It is served plain or with chutney. Very hot and crispy. Deep fried in oil.

Cutlet is my personally favorite one. I really love this recipe so much. It is so crunchy and moist too. I love to have this at my evening snacks. Add chat masala to the batter and garam masala to make it more chatpata and spicy if you want than you can add more chilly powder to it. As I always love to eat spicy food so I add some extra green chilly and chilly powder to it. Deep fry these and make it in a proper way. Just follow these steps and you can make it just perfect. It is a must try recipe I know you will love this.
