STEP : 1
Take 500 gms of fresh and well growned Tuver sing. There are three types of Tuver sing. You can take any one of them.

Now remove the Tuver seeds from Tuver sing by opening the both folders and collect all Tuver seeds in a vessel. Remove spoiled seeds from it.

Now take a pressure cooker and wash it properly with clean water for 2 times and make it dry with clean cloth.
STEP : 4
Now take 1 small cup of vegetable oil and add it in cooker. Put the cooker on gas stove at the medium flame for heating.

After heating of oil properly add all Tuver seeds into it stirr well. Then add 1 cup of water into it and let it boil for few minutes.

After boiling of water properly close the lid of cooker and make it boil up to 2 whistles of cooker. After that close the gas stove and cool the cooker for 5 minutes and remove hot air from cooker. Open the lid of cooker and let be cool the boiled tuver seeds.

Now take 4 - 5 Bringles, 2 - 3 Tomato and 4 - 5 Green mirchi. Cut all these vegetables in small pieces as shown in step 7 image. Soak pieces of bringle in water other wise it gets blackish color.

Now first add finely choaped green mirchi into cooker. Then add pieces of bringles and tomato. Then add 1 tbsp of huldi powder, 1 tbsp of red mirchi powder and 2 tbsp of coriander powder.

Now add 2 tbsp of salt, 1 tbsp of sugar and 1 tbsp of kitchen king masala powder into cooker. Add 1/2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice.

Now stir well the whole content and mix all the vegetables properly with big spoon. Check the taste of content and if required any ingredient please add it.

Now put the cooker on gas stove and Make the flame fast and let boil the water into cooker. After boiling close the lid of cooker. Let it boil the content for another 2 whistles.
STEP : 12
After completion of 2 whistles, close the gas stove and let it cool for 5 minutes. Now open the lid of cooker and stir the content with spoon slowly. Now the cury of tuver seeds is ready to serve. Transfer the content into bowl and serve it hot with roti or chapati.
