STEP : 1
First of all take the green peas and soak them in the water over a night and then wash it once and add them in the cooker and boil.

now take a mixy jar and add then take boiled green peas in the mixy jar and remove the outer layer of peas.
STEP : 3
then grind the boiled green peas very well like a fine paste and then keep that paste aside for some time.

now take a pan and add the 2 tbsp of ghee and fry the paste in the ghee until the raw smell gone out.

now take that in to a plate and then add the sugar in the pan and then add the water.

now prepare the sugar syrup by boiling that content until the sugar melts well for the burfi as shown in the image and then add the green peas paste.

now take the bowl and add the one tbsp of corn flour and 2 tbsp of water and mix well.
STEP : 8
now add that content in the cooking green peas mixture and mix well with out any lumbs in the middle.

now mix well that mixture and add the ghee and stir until the ghee comes out from that mixture, and add the ilachi powder.

now apply ghee over the plate and take that content in to the plate and cut them with the knife and garnish with the kaju.
