  • 1 cup Onions
  • 2 tbsp Gera
  • 2.00 tbsp Greenchillies
  • 2.00 tbsp Oil
  • 1.00 tbsp Saltfortaste
  • 1.00 tbsp Gingerpieces
  • 1 cup Bombayravva
  • 1.00 tbsp Chanadal
  • 1.00 tbsp Musteredseeds
  • 5 nos Curryleaves

Dosa Preparation

  • 1.00 cup Moongdal
  • 1.00 cup Onions
  • 2.00 tbsp Gera
  • 2.00 tbsp Oil
  • 1.00 tbsp Saltfortaste
  • 1.00 tbsp Gingerpieces

Instructions

  • now take the onions and peel off the outer layer and cut them like a very small pieces and keep them aside

  • now take the items for the preparation of upma in to the dosa like chanadal mustered seeds ad bombay ravva and keep aside

  • now switch on the stove and keep a pan and add the oil and fry the chanadal and mustered seeds etc well

  • now add the water and boil well and then add salt for taste and mix well then after add the bomvay ravva

  • now cook that for 5 minutes and then take that in to a bowl and keep aside untill the dosa prepared

Dosa Preparation

  • first of all take the bowl and add the water and one cup of moong dal in the water and soak them

  • now soak them for the 3 to 4 hours and then wash well once with the water and then keep aside ,

  • now take the mixy jar and add them in the jar and grind like a fine paste as dosa batter and keep aside

  • now take the pan and preheat the pan and prepare the dosa with the prepared batter as shown in the image
