Ingredients
Bombay rava Preparation
- 1 cup Onions
- 2 tbsp Gera
- 2.00 tbsp Greenchillies
- 2.00 tbsp Oil
- 1.00 tbsp Saltfortaste
- 1.00 tbsp Gingerpieces
- 1 cup Bombayravva
- 1.00 tbsp Chanadal
- 1.00 tbsp Musteredseeds
- 5 nos Curryleaves
Dosa Preparation
- 1.00 cup Moongdal
- 1.00 cup Onions
- 2.00 tbsp Gera
- 2.00 tbsp Oil
- 1.00 tbsp Saltfortaste
- 1.00 tbsp Gingerpieces
Instructions
Bombay Rava Preparation
- now take the onions and peel off the outer layer and cut them like a very small pieces and keep them aside
- now take the items for the preparation of upma in to the dosa like chanadal mustered seeds ad bombay ravva and keep aside
- now switch on the stove and keep a pan and add the oil and fry the chanadal and mustered seeds etc well
- now add the water and boil well and then add salt for taste and mix well then after add the bomvay ravva
- now cook that for 5 minutes and then take that in to a bowl and keep aside untill the dosa prepared
Dosa Preparation
- first of all take the bowl and add the water and one cup of moong dal in the water and soak them
- now soak them for the 3 to 4 hours and then wash well once with the water and then keep aside ,
- now take the mixy jar and add them in the jar and grind like a fine paste as dosa batter and keep aside
- now take the pan and preheat the pan and prepare the dosa with the prepared batter as shown in the image
- now take the onions and spread the onions over the dosa with the hand and fry well for some time ,
- now take the ginger pieces and gera and spread over the dosa and then add the one tbsp of oil and fry
- now take the prepared bombay ravva upma and add in the middle of the dosa and fry on two sides ,
- now fry that untill llight golden color appears on one side and turn one half on other as shown in the img
- now take the serving plate and serve the tasty and yummy moong dal dosa along with the ginger chutney ,thats it tasty recipe ready
