Methi is the green leaves which has high medicinal value and maintains the body temperature as balanced,which is good to add at least once in a week,it is light bitter and sour taste,here i used to make a curry using this methi and green gram which has high protein content.

Ingredients of Green gram curry

1.00 cup splited Green Gram
3.00 cup Methi Greens
2.00 no Onion
3.00 no Tomatoes
5.00 no Green Chilies
4.00 no Garlic Pods
0.25 cup Tamarind Extract
1.00 tbsp Salt
2.00 tbsp Oil
2.00 no Red Chilly
1.00 tbsp Mustard Seeds
0.25 tbsp Hing

Green gram curry

In a pressure cooker add the given measured of well washed splitted green gram that is yellow moong dal and add some water into them as much of needed,

And add some garlic pods and turmeric powder into them,and close the pressure cooker lid and keep boiling it for 3 to 4 whistles,drain the water into a bowl and soak the tamarind into that water

When the methi and green gram are well boiled transfer the content to a mud pot blender and mash it well for few seconds with the help of ladle,

Heat a pan and heat some oil then add some mustard seeds and dried red chilies and add some onion slices and add 1/4 tbsp of hing,saute well all the ingredients in slow fire till the onion gets fried,
