Green Chutney

  • 1.25 cup Coriander leaves
  • 3.00 nos green chili
  • 1.00 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1.00 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.50 tbsp salt
  • 1.00 tbsp curd
  • 0.50 tbsp sugar

Instructions
 

Green Chutney

  • First Wash coriander leaves and green chili. Take coriander leaves , green chili , salt and cumin seeds into a chutney jar

  • Grind coriander leaves, green chili , salt and cumin seeds for 15 seconds . Add sugar and grind for 5 seconds

  • Add curd into it and grind again for 5 seconds. Add lemon juice into it and grind it to a smooth paste

  • Take this paste in bowl and garnish with coriander leaves and curd. It can refrigerate and use as required for a week
