Green chutney is a simple and easy to make in few minutes. It's delicious taste make many dishes more tastier like samosa, kachori, chat and many more. It is a blend of some basic spices with curd , green coriander and green chilli.

Ingredients of Green chutney

1.25 cup Coriander leaves
3.00 no green chili
1.00 tbsp Lemon juice
1.00 tbsp Cumin seeds
0.50 tbsp salt
1.00 tbsp curd
0.50 tbsp sugar

Green chutney

First Wash coriander leaves and green chili. Take coriander leaves , green chili , salt and cumin seeds into a chutney jar

STEP : 1

Grind coriander leaves, green chili , salt and cumin seeds for 15 seconds . Add sugar and grind for 5 seconds

Grind coriander leaves, green chili , salt and cumin seeds for 15 seconds . Add sugar and grind for 5 seconds

Add curd into it and grind again for 5 seconds. Add lemon juice into it and grind it to a smooth paste

STEP : 3

Take this paste in bowl and garnish with coriander leaves and curd. It can refrigerate and use as required for a week
