STEP : 1
Take the fresh and clean green chilies of 1 cup which can be used in the preparation process and kept aside.

Take the ginger of required quantity which will be sufficient for the preparation of this sauce and keep it in a bowl.

Take one bowl with the water in it and add the 1 cup of green chilies to it in order to clean them well.

After they are cleaned add them to the jar in order for blending purpose which can be used for the further process.

Blend the 1 cup of green chilies in to fine paste without adding any water to it in the jar for some time.

Add this ginger in to the bowl containing the water and remove the skin from it which will not be used for process.

After that clean it well and take into one plate and cut it in to small pieces with a knife easily.

Take one pan add oil of 3 spoons and made the oil heat on the stove in a low flame for some time.

After the oil gets heated add the cumin of 1/2 table spoon to it and made them fry until they are cracked.

Now add the jaggery of small piece in to the oil for the taste purpose and the stove must be on the low flame.

Mix well the jaggery until it forms a thick paste by dissolving all it in the oil in a low flame.

Now add 1/2 table spoon of turmeric powder to it and mix well in the jaggery in a low flame only.

After that add the cut ginger pieces in to the pan and mix well and cook the ginger pieces for some time.

After that add the grinds green chilies paste in to the pan and mix well and cook well for some time in a low flame.

Add some water to it and made all of them cook in the water for some time that is 5 to 10 minutes.

Now add the salt of 1/2 table spoon to it mix well until the salt dissolves in it in the pan only.

Take all purpose flour in a bowl and add some water to it in order to get the soup thick we are adding this to the sauce.

Mix well all purpose flour with the water without forming any lumps in the bowl and kept aside for some time.

When the water gets boiled and all are cooked well then add this mixed flour in to the pan slowly by mixing it with the water.

Now we can see that the sauce will get thicker and made it boil for some time and take in to the serving bowl.
