STEP : 1
Take the boneless chicken breast cubes and wash them and clean them and cut them into small sized uniform cubes as shown below.

Add salt, a beaten egg and the cornflour to the chicken and mix it very well so that a thick layer is formed on the chicken

Chop the onion and capsicum. Chop the spring onion and then peel the garlic cloves as shown in the image

Heat oil in a kadai and add the chicken pieces along with the batter so that they are deep fried and the chicken coating turns golden brown in color.

Take the green chilies, wash them and then remove their stem so that they are ready to be put in the mixture grinder.

Take the chili and put it in the mixture and make a semi smooth paste by running the grinder on high speed.

Add the garlic, onion and capsicum to the kadai along with the chicken. Let all the contents fry well and mix them together.

After cooking for 2-3 minutes add the green chili paste and mix it well, also sprinkle some salt and soya sauce and mix.

Add a cup of water and cook it in simmer with the lid covered so that the chicken can boil well

Once the water is drained and the chicken is tender then add the spring onion and the dry green chili chicken is ready to be served.
