Green Chicken Gravy
- 0.50 kg Chicken
- 2.00 nos Onion
- 1.00 nos Tomato
- 1.00 cup Mint Leaves
- 0.50 cup Black Pepper
- 1.00 nos Ginger
- 0.50 cup Garlic
- 0.50 cup Coriander Seeds
- 5.00 tbsp Salt
- 5.00 tbsp Oil
- 1.25 tbsp Castro Oil
- 0.50 tbsp Turmeric powder
Instructions
Green Chicken Gravy
- First take Two – Onion and Chopped in a medium size, Take One Tomato – and chopped in a medium size, Take 1/2 Cup of – Black Pepper, 3/4 Cup of -Garlic, 1/2 pinch of – Ginger, 1/4 Cup of Cumin Seeds, 1 Cup mint Leaves, 2 Spun of – Turmeric Powder
- Now add all the above ingredients in the jar, Add 1/2 cup of water, And grind this in a mixy fully as paste
- After Grinding the all ingredient for 5 to 8 minutes, The paste of the grinned ingredient
- Now take a one medium cooker in this add 2 spun of cooking oil,and 1 spun of Castro oil, And make this heat in a medium flame, After that add 1/ 2 kg of Chicken and add 2 spun of salt and fry this for a 15 minutes
- Then add the grinned mixer to the chicken in the cooker , And add 2 Glass of water and cook this for a 2 whistle, Then make the cooker is become cool after the whistle
- Now your dish is ready to serve, Serve hotly ,its nice to have this with Chapati and also with white rice
