Ingredients of grated potato

All the ingredients are taken as mentioned in the list. Besan and potato grate are the main ingredients. All the vegetables are grated before.

Firstly take an empty bowl. Grated potatoes is added into the empty bowl. This provides neccessary starch and is preferred for children growth.

Easily kneaded all purpose besan is added to the bowl. The flour kneaded should be medium in thickness and consistency.

The taste adding salt and little amount of strongly spiced turmeric is also added. Turmeric acts as an antibiotic for throat diseases.

The vitamin C rich chilly, is sliced small. Add it to the flour mixture. it provides good indian aroma and flavour.

Taste maker corriander grate is also added to the flour, which gives good appearance and flavour. Chop it finely to small.

Also Garam masala or any perfumed spice powder can be added, to boost up the dish from spicy to more enjoyable.

Finally all the ingredients are mixed with butter milk or with plain water. It must be properly mixed to semi thick batter.

Mix all the ingredients well. For good results, the batter may be mixed in a grinder. Keep this aside for few minutes, before use.

Now chop the vegetables finely to spread over the cake. This gives the dish good appearance. Here carrot and beans are used.

Now take a pan and apply it with oil well, so that batter can be poured. The pan must be set to medium heat before use.

Now its time to place the pancake batter onto the pan. Pour the batter and spread it over the pan. Allow it to cook.

Arrange vegetables on the top of the cake spreaded. Allow it to fry with oil, till light brownish colour.

Close the lid and allow the pancake to cook completely. As soon as the pancake swells, it is done. and complete.

Now turn the pan cake upside down and fry it on other side too, with occassional and required amount of oil.

Finally transfer all the fried pan cakes done into a serving plate. Yummy, hot pancakes are ready to eat. Serve it with sauce.

Dicing the vegetables to beautiful shapes adds to good garnishing. Good garnishing completes the food. Dice carrots and potato as shown.
