Grated paneer korma
STEP : 1
Take the paneer content, grate half of the paneer into small fine pieces and for the rest of the paneer cut it into cube shapes as shown in the picture. Take a tomato and green chili.

Take an onion, wash and peel it and chop into small pieces as shown in the picture and also keep the fresh cream aside.

Heat oil in a kadai and fry the onion until it turns golden brown and the onion is also softened
STEP : 4
Add the green chili and the chopped tomato into the fried onion and cook till the tomato is softened and it melts.

To the mixture above after they are cooked add the salt and sugar and the cubed paneer and cook it well for 4-5 minutes.

After the cubed paneer has been cooked add the grated paneer to the mixture and cook it well for a few minutes.

Add fresh cream to the paneer mixture and let it cook for a minute or two so that the fresh cream melts completely
STEP : 8
Mix the fresh cream well with the grated paneer and a thick gravy is formed and now the paneer dish is ready to be served.
