We are all know about the lemon grass but we are don't about the uses of that andthe medecien qualities which is in that, it is a natural medicenfor fever , loss weight , Digestion and Anati Oxidant ,strees , BP and so on .

Ingredients of Grass juice

1.00 cup Lemon Grass
0.50 cup Tulsi
1.00 cup Pudina Leaves
1.25 tbsp Lemon
0.25 tbsp Turmeric Powder
0.50 liter Water

Grass juice

This is a Lemon Grass, which is grown in the mud land, We have to clean this fully with water, before using, And also in our for grass their will be a spiritual value.

Hier i took the 2 kind of tulsi, one is white tulsi and another one is black tulsi, which is also known as krishna tulsi.

Now take a one small kada in this add 1/2 litter of water, And make it heat in a medium flame.

Now to this kada add the lemon grass, tulsi ( white tulsi and black tulsi ), pudina and boil this for 10 minutes in a medium flame.

After 10 minutes the water and ingredients are boiling as below, In this time add 1/2 pinch of turmeric powder, and boil again 10 minutes.

After 20 minutes witch off the stove, Now the lemon grass juice is looking as below in the image.
