Ingredients of Gosht biryani
STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare Kachche gosht ki biryani,we need chicken,Rice,onions,coriander leaves,green chillies,ginger garlic paste,lemon , curd, garam masala, bay leaf,biryani spices,black cardamom, mint leaves ,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,biryani masala,ghee,oil and salt.

For tampering turn on the flame,place a pan add half cup of oil and let it heat.

Add a cup of onions and saute it for few seconds till it turns nice golden brown.

Fry it till the onions turns nice brown for specially making for these kachche gosht ki biryani.

When it is complete ,turn off the flame ,transfer the fried onions in a seperate plate.

To make chutney or green paste,add few fresh coriander leaves in a blender or mixie jar.

Along with that add few mint leaves in a blender and finely grind it in to a smooth paste.

Transfer the paste in a bowl, you can even add green chillies along with green leaves.

Now take two cups of half boiled rice or basmathi rice in a seperate bowl.

Add few cups of water along with rice and soak it under 20 to 25 minutes .

Take 500 gram of chicken ,Use chicken containing bones into fine pieces and wash it completely.

Take a mixie jar,add few ginger pieces and few garlic cloves to make fine paste.

Blend it for few minutes till it becomes soft and transfer it in a bowl,.

Add a tablespoon of ginger garlic paste in a chicken and mix it using spoon.

Add a little bit of salt along with chicken for better marinating purpose in a bowl.

Add a grounded green paste along with the chicken for more spices in a bowl.

Add finely chopped pieces of green chillies or else you can add grounded green chillies.

Add half cup of curd along with the spicy chicken for better marinating in a bowl.

Squeeze a half inch of lemon or lemon juice few drops along with spicy chicken.

Lets start to add spices add a tablespoon of red chilli powder along with chicken.

Add half tablespoon of turmeric powder along with chicken and mix it to kill the antibiotics.

Add half tablespoon of garam masala powder along with the marinating chicken for more spices .

Add two tablespoon of coriander powder or dhania powder along with the chicken in a bowl.

Add a tablespoon of chicken masala or biryani masala powder ,it is totally optional .

Add a spoonful of ghee to give better taste for marinating chicken in a bowl.

Add a cup of prepared fried onions along with the spicy chicken in a bowl.

Add two or three tablespoon of cooking oil along with the spicy chicken in a bowl.

Now give it a good mix of all these ingredients finely by using hands for better mixing.

Close the lid and let it marinate for 25 to 30 minutes for better marinating.

To cook the rice,turn on the flame ,place a thick vessel and add few drops of oil.

Add two nos of green chillies in hot oil for more spices in a vessel.

Add biryani spices like star anise,bay leaf and black cardamom in a hot oil and let it fry.

Add two to three cups of water into hot oil and let it boil for few seconds.

Add half tablespoon of cumin seeds or jeera along with the boiling water and let it boil.

Add a tablespoon of salt or as per taste and mix it for perfect taste .

Add the soaked rice in a boiling water and allow to boil for few minutes.

After 2 to 3 minutes when the rice is cooked 70 percent and check it ,then strain the water.

Add the marinated chicken gravy and spread it on all sides like shown in below image.

Cover the remaining cooked half boiled rice over the chicken gravy and spread it completely.

Add a cup of prepared fried onions along with the boiled rice and spread it.

Sprinkle few finely chopped fresh coriander leaves or cilantro on top of the spreaded rice.

Sprinkle a few fresh mint leaves or methi leaves on top of the spreaded rice.

Add a spoonful of ghee on top surface of the boiled rice and spread it.

Close the lid and let it cook in high flame for about 10 minutes and in low flame for about 30 minutes.
