This is a thick kheer made from the aroma rice or Gobindo Bhog rice which is usually prepared as a part of the Bhog or offering to God during Navaratri. It is slowly cooked in the milk along with elaichi and cashew toppings. To add to the taste the milk can be mixed with condensed milk too.

Ingredients of Gobindo bhog rice kheer

0.50 cup Gobindo Bhog Rice
0.50 liter Full Cream Milk
0.50 cup Condensed Milk
4.00 no Cardamom
7.00 tbsp Sugar
0.25 cup Cashew
0.25 cup Raisin

Gobindo bhog rice kheer
