STEP : 1
Take the gobindo bhog (aroma rice) and wash it. Take half a liter of full crem milk. Soak the cashew and raisins. Set aside some condensed milk for rich kheer.

Heat the kadai and pour the entire contents of the milk in the kadai and let it to boil on simmer.
STEP : 3
Once the milk starts boiling add the rice and the crushed cardamom and the cashew nuts and continuously stir the kadai so that nothing sticks at the bottom.

After cooking for 10 minutes take out the rice in a spoon and see how it is. Whether it os ooked or melted or not.

Let it cook in simmer for some more time till the milk is slightly more dried up and the rice is properly boiled.

Add the soaked raisins at the end and mix it very well with the rest of the contents and cook for a minute or two.
STEP : 7
Finally when all the contents are mixed add the condensed milk and mix it well with the rest of the contents and then the kheer is ready to be served.
