STEP : 1
First of all take the cauliflower or the gobhi and cut the phool into small pieces and wash with the water.

After that, take the mesh and then make the tiny pieces of the gobhi with that by meshing it with that.

After the gobhi gets mesh, take the atta and sieve it into the meshed gobhi as per the given quantity in it.

Now, when you add the atta in it, add the spices to the atta and gobhi mixture and mix all them well.

After that, take the water in the cup and then pour some amount in this mixture and then make the dough out of it.

When the dough is made, put the tawa on the burner and heat it on the low flame for some time.

After this, take the small amount of dough and make the round out of that by taking some plain atta with it.

After that, take the roller and make the parantha out of the dough by using little bit of oil, make the shape.

Now, when the tawa gets little bit hot, put this parantha on the hot tawa and cook it on the medium flame.

Cook the parantha from both the side by using oil on its surface and when it get cooked take it in the plate and serve with the sauce or chutney.
