mushroom cauliflower masala gravy is a delicious food.it is very tasty and awesome.this can be used as a side dish for chapathi,paratha,dosa,idli,poori.mushroom is enriched with vitamin d and it is the only vegetable with vitamin d. good for health

Ingredients of Gobi mushroom masala

1.00 cup Cooking oil
1.00 tbsp Mustard
1.00 cup Chopped onion
0.75 cup Tomato
0.25 kg Mushroom
0.25 kg Cauliflower
0.50 tbsp Turmeric powder
3.00 no Green chillies
1.00 tbsp Chilly powder
0.50 cup Coriander leaves
7.00 no Garlic
1.00 tbsp Salt
2.00 gram Ginger
2.00 gram Peper
2.00 tbsp Ghee

Gobi mushroom masala

take the ingredients in a plate and place the kadai and pour a cup of cooking oil and mustard and fry till it colour gets changed to brown.

STEP : 1

add the chopped onion, squash tomato,salt, turmeric powder,green chillies. add ginger, garlic, peper paste in the bowl , chili powder in the above step 1 and fry the same.

add mushroom - 1/4 kg and cauli flower- 1/2 cup to the above step 2 and fry the same.

STEP : 3

add mushroom - 1/4 kg and cauli flower- 1/2 cup to the above step 2 and fry the same.

add the cup of water to the above step 3 and boil the vegetables till it gets boiled.after that add coriander leaves and ghee 2 tea spoon to increase taste. then serve the dish to 5 members.
