Gobi Manchurian Dry – A Unique Taste Of Gobi Manchurian Recipe
Fried Cauliflower Ingredient
- 4.00 tbsp Maida
- 2.00 tbsp Corn Flour
- 0.5 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 0.75 tbsp Salt
- 1.00 cup Cauliflower Florets
- 0.5 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 0.5 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
- 2.00 cup Oil
- 1.00 nos Onion
- 0.5 nos Capsicum
- 2.00 tbsp Spring Onion
- 3.00 nos Garlic Pods
- 0.75 tbsp Ginger Slices
- 0.5 tbsp Pepper Powder
- 0.25 tbsp Cumin Powder
- 0.5 tbsp Green Chilly Sauce
- 0.25 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1.00 tbsp Tomato Sauce
Fried Cauliflower Preparation
- Chop the cauliflower into separate florets and soak them in warm water by adding a little salt in it.
- Chop the veggies as very fine slices such as onion,capsicum,ginger and garlic and chop some spring onions.
- Take a mixing bowl add three or four tbsp of all purpose flour Maida and add two tbsp of cornstarch flour.
- Add half tsp of ginger garlic paste,red chilly powder,coriander powder and some cumin seeds powder and enough salt for them.
- Then add enough water slowly and slowly and mix them well to make a batter without any lumps.
- Heat a pan add enough oil for deep frying,now take the well cleaned cauliflower florets and dip it into that prepared batter.
- Add it in to that hot oil and do the same for all the florets and deep frying the florets till it cooks well.
- When the florets gets oiled on one side and bring to boil on other sides by flipping them using ladle.
- Remove the deep fried florets and keep them aside for a few minutes in a tissue paper or oil absorbent paper for filter the excess oil.
- Heat a pan add little oil with them and add fine chopped ginger and garlic slices with them.
- Then add some fine chopped onions with them and stir them till it comes little transparent.
- Then add some fine sliced capsicum with them and stir for a while till it comes to crunchy texture.
- Then add 1/4 tbsp of soy sauce,half tbsp of green chilly sauce and one tbsp of tomato sauce,mix well for a minute.
- Then add quarter tbsp of black pepper powder into them and stir well again for a few minutes.
- When the sauce comes to right consistency now add the deep fried florets into them and toss them well for few seconds.
- When the sauce mixture are well coated to that cauliflower florets sprinkle some spring onions on them serve hot.
