Gobi Ka Paratha – A Punjab Style Tasty Gobi Ka Paratha Recipe At Home
Gobi ka paratha is a Punjab style home recipe. It can be served with flavored cauliflower and green chili. This recipe is loved by all age people. It is good for health.
Ingredients
For Wheat Flour Preparation
- 1.50 cup Wheat flour
- 0.50 tbsp Salt
- 0.50 tbsp Sugar
- 0.50 tbsp Cumin powder
- 0.50 tbsp Oil
For Cauliflower Paratha Preparation
- 1.00 cup Cauliflower
- 2.00 nos Green chili
- 4.00 nos Coriander leaves
- 1.00 tbsp Salt
- 0.50 tbsp Chat masala powder
- 0.50 tbsp Gram masala powder
- 0.50 tbsp Chili powder
Instructions
For Wheat Flour Preparation
- Take a mixing bowl add given measure of wheat flour then add some salt and add 1/2 tbsp of sugar and add a pinch of cumin powder.
- Then add some oil and some water and mix well and knead well till it gets tighten like a chapathi dough you can also add little oil again and then knead well to get soft dough keep the aside for twenty minutes.
Preparation For Gobi Paratha
- Wash and grate the cauliflower using grater and also fine chop some green chilies add it with that grated cauliflower.
- Then add little salt for it and add some coriander leaves and mix them well evenly the salt was coated well to them.
- Now divide the wheat flour dough into equal portions and take one portions of the dough and spread it as small diameter and place the grated cauliflower mixture over them.
- Then sprinkle some chat masala over Them using your hands you can also add garam masala or red chilly powder instead of chat masala.
- Now connect all the ends of the circle at one place and fold them well without and open and dust it using the dry wheat flour.
- And now roll it using a rolling pin as a flat paratha by simple pressing,aware about the stuffing comes out so roll it soft and slowly by simple dusting the flour if needed.
- Heat a dosa tawa or flat pan place the rolled dough over them and cook them for few minutes in slow fire.
- When the paratha gets boiled on one side turn it to another side and sprinkle some oil or ghee over them,and do not over burn and remove from pan and serve hot with spicy dhal or chutney or with and any sabzi.
