if you like different parts of goat then this kidney fry is a good dish to start with. they have added only 6 no. of gurde over here in this recipe but you can add as much as you want and also it is a little spicey , and if you do not like spice you can alter it. it is a good dish and can be eaten with chappati or roti or even rice for that matter. chapati was my favorite for this dish. it was a very good dish overall and very simple to make and does not require much time also in making this dish.
