Ginger which is highly used in Indian food which has high medicinal value and here this is the different type of chutney which was rarely cooked in Indian home maid recipes,simple ingredients makes tasty chutney.which is like by all age groups.

Ingredients of Ginger thokku

1.00 cup GratedGinger
0.25 cup TamarindExtract
1.00 tbsp Jaggery
1.00 tbsp RedChillyPowder
0.25 tbsp TurmericPowder
0.50 tbsp MustardSeeds
0.25 tbsp FenugreekSeeds
0.50 tbsp CuminSeeds
0.25 tbsp Hinz
0.50 tbsp Salt
4.00 tbsp Oil

For Dry Roasting: In a pan add one tablespoon of mustard seeds,1/2 tbsp of fenugreek seeds and one tbsp of cumin seeds,are roast well in medium flame,

In a mixer jar add the roasted ingredients and grind it as fine powder without adding any water,as dry roasted powder,

Heat a pan add 4 tbsp of oil and 1/4 tbsp of mustard seeds,1/2 tbsp of cumin seeds and 1/4 tbsp of hinz and a cup of grated ginger and saute well till it gets boiled,

When the ginger get semi boiled add the tamarind extract water and add salt at this stage,and cook well for few minutes in medium flame,
