Ingredients of Ginger chicken
STEP : 1
Take the chicken cubes wash them and cut them into uniform size as shown in the image so that they are ready for marination.

Set aside the ginger slices, garlic cloves, green chili, spring onion and lemon. - Set aside the cornflour to make the gravy thicker. - Set aside the tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, soya sauce, red chili sauce and honey.

Mix all the sauce contents and then add the lemon zest to it and a pinch of salt. Then add the honey and marinate the chicken with the same. Add osme black pepper powder.

Now once the chicken is coated in the sauce layer then add some cornflour so that a thin film coating is developed on the chicken while frying.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the ginger slices and garlic cloves to the oil and fry them well in it

Now add a mixture of all the sauces to the oil and fry them well adding a pinch of salt

Add a little water and let the saucy gravy boil in it, then add the chicken pieces to the same and cook in simmer by covering with a lid. Cook till the chicken is tender and the gravy is dried, then it is ready to be served with spring onion and sesame garnishing.
