Bring the gherkins clean them and cut into different pieces the take ginger and made it tp small pieces and we are using the chana powder for the batten to made it deep fry in the oil and also we are using chili paste for this also use the butter.

Ingredients of Gherkins fry

1.00 cup gherkins
0.75 tbsp ginger
0.50 tbsp greenchilies
0.75 tbsp cumin
0.50 tbsp butter
1.00 liter oil
0.50 tbsp curryleafs
0.50 tbsp coriander

Take 1 cup of gherkins clean them and cut them in a straight manner for easy of the process to prepare.
