Ingredients of Gherkins fry
STEP : 1
Take 1 cup of gherkins clean them and cut them in a straight manner for easy of the process to prepare.

Take the chana dal of 1/2 cup and made it to a fine powder without any granules and kept aside for further use in the process.
STEP : 3
Take one bowl add 1/2 cup of chana powder to the 1 cup of gherkins mix them well and kept aside.

Now add 1/2 table spoon of cumin to the mixed gherkins and chana powder in a bowl and this will also mix well.

Add 1/2 table spoon of salt to the bowl which contains the gherkins and mix well all those and check the taste .

Add 1/2 table spoon of butter to the mixture in the bowl and also add some bit of oil to the bowl.
STEP : 7
Now add ginger paste of 3/4 spoon and green chilies of the required amount for their taste and mix well and also add the curry leafs .

Now add the coriander of 1/2 table spoon to the bowl mix well all the ingridients and ready for the deep fry.
STEP : 9
Take a pan pour oil to it and in a high flame made the oil to heat after heating add those mixed ingridient in a small pieces to the oil for deep fry.

Once they are fried i.e the color has changed take out them and put into a serving bowl ,and now the hot hot gherkins ginger fry is ready.
