Ingredients of Gawar ki sabzi

STEP : 1
First of all take 500 gms of fresh and green Guvar sing. Wash it properly with clean water. Cut the both end of all guvar sing.
STEP : 2
Now after cutting the tails, cut all guvar sing into medium sized pieces as shown in step 2 image. Pieces should not be too small or big.
STEP : 3
After cutting into medium sized pieces, sock all pieces into cold water and keep it a side for 15 minutes. So that all pieces gets naturally fresh.
STEP : 4
After 15 minutes transfer it in holed plastic container so that the cold water will be drained out. Keep it a side.

Now take 2 tomato, 1 big size potato, 2 small size onion, 4 - 5 green mirchi, garlic and keep all of them into a plate as in step 5 image.

Now cut all ingredients like tomato, potato, green mirchi, onion and garlic into small to medium size as in image 6.

Now take a pressure cooker and wash it properly. Now add 4 tbsp oil and put it on the gas stove at medium flame to heat.

After heating of oil properly add 1 tbsp of cumin seed, 1 tbsp of mustard and 1 tbsp of ajwin in oil and then let them fry properly. Here one care must be taken is that all added ingredients should not be burn.

Now after proper frying of above ingredients add finely chopped garlic into heated oil and let fry up to light brown color.
STEP : 10
Now add finely chopped green chili into it and let it fry properly at slow flame and it should be burn out. Mix it properly.

Now add finely chopped onion into it and let it fry up to light reddish or brown color at low flame. Mix it properly.

Now add finely chopped potato into cooker and mix the whole content with big spoon. Add a pinch of salt and mix it.

Now add finely chopped tomato into it. Add 1 tbsp of huldi powder and 1 tbsp of red chili powder. Then mix it properly.

Now add medium sized pieces of all Guvar sing into cooker. Add 1 big spoon of water. Add kitchen king sabzi masala or any standard sabzi masala. Mix it properly.
STEP : 15
Now add 1 tbsp of salt, 2 tbsp of sugar and 1 tbsp of lemon juice. Mix the whole content properly.
STEP : 16
Now add 1 - 2 tbsp of coriander powder into mixture content. Now stirr the whole content for a minute so that all ingredients get mix properly.
STEP : 17
Now close the cooker with lid and let cook it at medium flame up to 3 - 4 whistle of cooker. Whistle of cooker should be done automatically.
STEP : 18
After 10 - 15 minutes of 3 - 4 whistle of cooker, remove the hot air of inside of cooker open the lid. Now keep the cooker with open lid for 5 minutes.

Now mix the content and check the taste of preparation. If require anything like salt or sugar or lemon juice or red chili powder, add it mix properly.

Now transfer the cooked preparation of curry into a another bowl or vessel. Now the the curry of Guvar sing is ready to eat. It can be taken with chapati, roti and or any indian bread.
