This is one of the vegetable that we include in our daily life food and mainly it contains more fiber so that it will helps in digestion problem,and the preparation timing also very less for this curry once the beans are cooked.

Ingredients of Gawar beans curry

1.00 cup gavar
0.50 tbsp turmeri
0.50 tbsp chanapowder
4.00 tbsp oil
0.50 tbsp cumin
0.50 tbsp mustardseeds
2.00 cup water

Bring the gavar cut in to small pieces of required size and take this pieces of one cup in to a bowl.
