STEP : 1
Take some gathi kochu, tomato, ginger, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, green chili, all those things bring together and keep aside.

wash the gathi kochu properly with water. Then take a pressure cooker and add some water in it and add the gathi kochu in it and boil it.

Then paste the tomato, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, green chili together . Then pill the gathi kochu and keep aside, garam masala and cumin seed all those things bring together and keep aside.

Hot a pan and add some oil in it . when the oil become hot add the cumin seeds in to the oil and stay for few sciends.

Then add the boiled gathi kochu in to the tempering and add some salt and turmeric powder in to the gathi kochu and fry then for two minutes in high flame.

Then add the masala paste in to the fried gathi kochu and cook for another five minutes in low flame on the gas oven.

Then add the garam masala in to the fried kathi kochu and cook in high flame till the oil split from the masala.

Then add some water in to the fried masala gathi kochu and cook till the water become dry, then off the gas oven.

Serve this recipe hot in a serving bowl for eating. Serve this recipe with hot steamed rice or hot roti.
