A Bengali Indian vegetable Gathi kochu cooked in simple method and flavoured with ginger and cumin seeds paste and green chilli and served this recipe with traditionally with hot steamed rice and hot roti. This recipe loves all vegetables lovers. this recipe is good for health.

Ingredients of Gathi kochu chingri

0.25 kg Gathi kochu
0.25 tbsp ginger paste
1.00 no Tomato
0.25 tbsp salt
0.25 tbsp turmeric powder
0.25 cup oil
0.50 tbsp cumin seeds
0.50 tbsp coriander seeds
0.50 tbsp garam masala

Take some gathi kochu, tomato, ginger, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, green chili, all those things bring together and keep aside.
