Spicy chilli garlic rice is famous indian recipe and also it is popular lunch recipe for kids and adults. It can be done at home with simple ingredients in a simple manner and also it is time saving fried rice dish.

Ingredients of Garlic rice

Garlic rice

The key ingredients to prepare Chilli garlic rice ,we need rice ,garlic cloves,onions, Potatoes,carrot,beans,tomatoes,green chillies,red chillies,ghee,ginger ,lemon,bay leaf,coriander leaves,,cinnamons,cardamoms,red chilly powder,garam masala powder,turmeric powder, sambar powder,oil and salt.

Take two cups of rice or basmathi rice in a seperate bowl to soak it.

Wash the four medium size potatoes and peel the potato skin ,cut into small pieces .
