Ingredients of Garlic potatoes
STEP : 1
Take potato, red chilli , garlic and coriander leaves bring all those things together and keep aside for cook the recipe.

Take a prasher cooker and keep in it some water then wash the potato and put in to the water and boiled it.

Then pill the boiled potato and cut the potato and keep aside, then paste the garlic and keep aside for cooking.

Then wash the red chilli and paste the chilli smoothly in a grinder for cooking the next step of tasty spicy garlic potato.

Then hot a pan and add some oil in it , when the oil become hot add the garlic paste and cook for two minutes in low flame.

Then add the boiled potato in to the fried garlic and add some salt in it and fry for twi minutes in high glame.
STEP : 7
Then add the red chilli paste and turmeric powder in to the fried potato and fried garlic and cook for another five minutes in low flame till the oil is split from the masala potato.

Serve this potato dish hot in a serving plate and garnish with add the chopped coriander leaves. Serve this recipe with hot roti or paratha.
