Garlic mushroom recipe is very tasty and good for health. The best side dish of your breakfast like roti or meals and also everyone like this dish of all age people including kids also.

- 1.00 cup Mushroom
- 3.00 tbsp Garlic Pieces
- 1.00 nos Curry Leaves
- 1.00 nos Coriander
- 2.00 tbsp Onions
- 1.00 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1.00 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1.00 tbsp Chilly Sauce
- 1.00 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 3.00 tbsp Oil
- 3.00 tbsp Capsicum Pieces
- 1.00 tbsp Salt
Instructions
Garlic Mushroom Recipe
- First of all take the 250 grams of the mushrooms and keep aside as shown.
- Now take the water and add the mushroom in the water as shown in the image and wash them well.
- Now take the knife and cut the mushroom as pieces as shown and keep aside.
- Now take the two onions and peel out the outer layer and keep aside.
- Now take the pan and switch on the stove and preheat the pan as shown.
- Now take the garlic and cut them into pieces as shown and add them in the oil.
- Now take the onions and add them in the oil and fry them well as shown.
- Now take the curry leaves and add them in the fried onions and mix well.
- Now take the capsicum and cut them in to small pieces as shown in the image and add them in the pan.
- Now mix well and then add the green chillies and mix all well as shown
- Now take the mushroom pieces and then add them in the onions and mix well.
- Now take the salt and add the salt for taste in the onions and mix
- Now take the turmeric powder and add one tbsp of turmeric powder in the pan and mix well.
- Now take the ginger pieces and make them as a fine paste as shown and keep aside
- Now take the soya sauce and add one tbsp of soya sauce in the pan and mix
- Now add the ginger paste and chilly sauce and then fry for 5 minutes and then add half cup of water.
- Now mix well and keep a lid over that and cook for 5 minutes
- Now take the corriander and cut the fresh corriander in to small pieces as shown.
- Now take the fresh chopped corriander and add in the pan as shown in the image.
- Now finally take serving bowl and serve hot garlic mushroom and garnish with green chilly.
