  • 1.00 nos Curry Leaves
  • 1.00 nos Coriander
  • 2.00 tbsp Onions
  • 1.00 tbsp Ginger Paste
  • 1.00 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 1.00 tbsp Chilly Sauce
  • 1.00 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 3.00 tbsp Oil
  • 3.00 tbsp Capsicum Pieces
  • 1.00 tbsp Salt

  • First of all take the 250 grams of the mushrooms and keep aside as shown.

  • Now take the water and add the mushroom in the water as shown in the image and wash them well.

  • Now take the knife and cut the mushroom as pieces as shown and keep aside.

  • Now take the two onions and peel out the outer layer and keep aside.

  • Now take the pan and switch on the stove and preheat the pan as shown.

  • Now take the garlic and cut them into pieces as shown and add them in the oil.

  • Now take the onions and add them in the oil and fry them well as shown.
