STEP : 1
Take the following Ingredients: Garlic (Lasun) Grated Dry Coconut Roasted Peanuts Red Chili Turmeric Powder Coriander Seeds Sesame Seeds Salt Oil

STEP : 2
Take a pan and pour little oil in it and heat the pan on low flame.

STEP : 3
If oil is heated than add garlic in the heated pan . and let saute for sometime.

STEP : 4
If garlic turns golden brown than transfer into the another plate. Do not burn the garlic .

STEP : 5
After that add Grated Dry Coconut into the heated pan and saute the coconut for sometime.

STEP : 6
Do not burn the coconut . Once its become light golden brown transfer into the plate where we kept the garlic.

STEP : 7
Now Add Coriander Seeds into the heated pan and saute for a while. Make sure use only seeds . Do not take Coriander powder .

STEP : 8
Once coriander seeds are done transfer it to the plate where we kept other ingredients. Do not burn the seeds.

STEP : 9
Add red chili into the heated pan and saute for sometime . You can also use red chili powder .

Once its done remove the head of red mirchi and transfer into the plate where we kept other ingredients.

Now take sesame seeds and saute for awhile in the heated pan . Keep the flame on low mode.

If sesame seeds are done than please transfer into the plate where we kept all other ingredients .

Let the cool all the ingredients.Once its done transfer into the grinding jar for making chutney.

Now add the turmeric powder into the grinding jar . Make sure the quantity of the powder should be very little .

Add roasted peanuts into the grinding jar . make sure the peanuts should be roasted for better taste.

after adding roasted peanuts add salt into the grinding jar . Make sure the quantity of the salt should be less .

Now start grinding the chutney. After grind one time check the consistency of the chutney . Please do not add water in it .

Grind the Chutney properly ,if its done that transfer the chutney into the another bowl. Your dish is ready .
