Ingredients of Garlic chicken
STEP : 1
Take some chicken pieces, three onions, ginger, garlic, soya sauce, corn flour, white pepper, ajinamoto all those things bring together and keep aside .

wash the chicken pieces and keep aside, cut the onion in cubes, paste the ginger and garlic and all the spices bring together and keep aside .

Take a big bowl and add the washed chicken pieces in it and then add the corn flour in it .

Then add one table spoon of soya sauce in to the washed chicken pieces and corn flour for cook the next step of the recipe .

Then add the some ginger and garlic paste in to the chicken pieces , corn flour, and soya sauce for marination .

Then add some salt in to the chicken pieces and masalas and mix all the things properly and keep aside for ten minutes .

Hot a pan then add some oil in it , when oil become hot add the chicken pieces one by one and fry them and keep aside

Hot a pan then add some oil in it , when oil become hot add the onion pieces in it and fry them in high flame for two minutes .

Then add the ginger and garlic paste in to the cooked onion and cook them for another two minutes in high flame .

Then add the soya sauce in to the cooked onion and ginger and garlic paste and cook them for another one minutes in high flame .

Then add the fried chicken pieces in to the cooked masalas and cook them another two minutes in low flame .

Then add ajinamoto and white pepper powder in to the cooked chicken and cook then another three minutes in high flame and then off the gas oven .

Then save the recipe hot in a serving plate . serve this recipe with hot roti or hot paratha or fried rice .
