garlic chicken 65 is also known as garlic chicken because of the dominant , deep flavour of garlic . Fresh chicken peices cooked to perfection , serve with hot roti or hot paratha or any rice deishes . Do not over cook . This recipe love all the age group .

Ingredients of Garlic chicken

0.25 kg chicken small pieces
3.00 no onion
1.00 no garlic
1.00 no ginger pieces
0.50 tbsp white pepper powder
0.25 tbsp ajinamoto
2.00 tbsp soya sauce
2.00 tbsp cornflour
0.25 cup oil
0.50 tbsp salt
0.50 tbsp sugar

Garlic chicken

Take some chicken pieces, three onions, ginger, garlic, soya sauce, corn flour, white pepper, ajinamoto all those things bring together and keep aside .
